1. What prices are your services?
We strive to give the best quality for the lowest price. However, as we offer a range of services we can't give exact pricing without you first contacting us to let us know what you need. One of our team will be happy to assist.
2. What is your refund policy?
Our return policy is in line with Australian Consumer Law. You have the right to a repair, refund or replacement if goods or services bought from EzyKey are faulty, damaged or significantly different than described. This doesn't however cover change of mind, misuse of a product or service, "wear and tear" and problems outside the control of EzyKey. If our policy differs from Australian Consumer Law for any reason, Australian Consumer Law will prevail in all cases.
3. What payment methods do you accept?
We offer a range of payment solutions to our customers, including Cash, Visa, MasterCard, EFTPOS and AMEX. Our business customers also have the option of PayPal and Bank Deposit.
4. What delivery options do you offer?
At this point in time, EzyKey generally doesn't provide delivery services for giftware or trophies unless arranged before purchase.
5. What support options are available?
Most products and services purchased from EzyKey are covered by our Money-Back Guarantee. We will strive to provide as much one-on-one assistance as possible. This can be limited however due to availability.
6. What additional services are available?
We provide giftware for all occasions, hand and computer engraving, trophies and plaques, travel accessories, wallets and bags, house and garage keys and remotes, vehicle keys and remotes (including transponder keys), and shoe repairs and shoe care products.
